If they do not currently offer their employees group health insurance, our proposition is they can offer their employees coverage that is way less expensive than what they are paying on their own. There will be a payroll deduction out of their paycheck for this coverage. It costs the business owner nothing and in effect gives the employees a pay raise because the business owner just gave the employees a major cost savings in their monthly budget. This will help to attract and keep quality employees is this tight labor market.
